È ancora possibile oggi trovare quel filo invisibile che unisce culture, credenze e popoli dell’Asia?
Cosa resta della loro unicità, in un tempo di trasformazioni rapide e omologazione globale?

Questa è la domanda che guida il mio percorso fotografico — un progetto a lungo termine nato dal desiderio di osservare, documentare e riflettere sugli elementi che accomunano culture asiatiche diverse, attraverso il tempo, la luce e la poesia dell’impermanenza.
Dai paesaggi e dalle danze rituali di Bali, ai templi sacri e alle figure delle apsaras di Angkor, fino ai grattacieli e alla diversità culturale di Singapore, cerco un dialogo tra luoghi, simboli e presenze umane.
Il mio è un reportage rispettoso, contemplativo, intuitivo — fatto di luce naturale, empatia e silenzio.
In questo viaggio mi ispiro a molteplici tradizioni estetiche e filosofiche — dalla transitorietà giapponese, al pensiero classico occidentale, alla spiritualità induista e buddhista — ognuna con un diverso sguardo sul tempo, sulla bellezza, sulla morte e sul sacro.
Tra queste visioni, tra l’istante e l’eternità, tra ciò che riflette e ciò che svanisce — prende forma la mia fotografia.
Un dialogo silenzioso tra culture, dove ogni immagine è un frammento di una connessione invisibile.

Is it still possible today to find that invisible thread that connects the cultures, beliefs, and peoples of Asia?
What remains of their uniqueness in a time of rapid transformation and global homogenization?

This is the question that guides my photographic journey — a long-term project born from the desire to observe, document, and reflect on the elements that unite different Asian cultures, through time, light, and the poetry of impermanence.
From the ritual landscapes and dances of Bali, to the sacred temples and apsara figures of Angkor, to the skyscrapers and cultural diversity of Singapore, I seek a dialogue between places, symbols, and human presence.
My work is a respectful, contemplative, intuitive reportage — made of natural light, empathy, and silence.
On this journey, I draw inspiration from multiple aesthetic and philosophical traditions — from Japanese transience to Western classical thought, from Hindu to Buddhist spirituality — each offering a different perspective on time, beauty, death, and the sacred.
Between these visions, between the instant and eternity, between what reflects and what vanishes — my photography takes shape.
A silent dialogue between cultures, where each image is a fragment of an invisible connection.

今でも、アジアの文化、信仰、そして人々をつなぐ目に見えない糸を見つけることはできるのだろうか。
急速な変化と世界的な均質化が進むこの時代に、その独自性はどれほど残っているのか。

この問いが、私の写真の旅を導いています。異なるアジア文化をつなぐ共通の要素を、時間、光、そして無常の詩を通して観察し、記録し、考察したいという願いから始まった長期的なプロジェクトです。
バリの儀式的な風景と舞踊、アンコールの聖なる寺院とアプサラス像、そしてシンガポールの高層ビル群と文化の多様性まで——私は場所、象徴、人の存在のあいだにある対話を探しています。
私の作品は、自然光、共感、そして静けさによって成り立つ、敬意と直感に満ちた瞑想的なルポルタージュです。
この旅の中で、私はさまざまな美学と哲学の伝統にインスピレーションを受けています。日本の無常観、西洋古典思想、ヒンドゥー教や仏教の精神性——それぞれが時間、美、死、そして聖なるものに対する異なる視点を与えてくれます。
そうしたビジョンのあいだで、瞬間と永遠のあいだで、映るものと消えるもののあいだで、私の写真はかたちを得ていきます。
それは文化同士の静かな対話であり、一枚一枚の写真が、目に見えないつながりの断片なのです。
